Reservations: We recommend that you book your treatments as far in advance as possible to ensure your most convenient times and dates are available.

Prompt: Please arrive at least 5 - 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Arriving early guarantees your full treatment time as we finish our services promptly so as not to delay the next client.

Cancellation Policy: Please be aware that we require 24-hour notice of any change or cancellation.

Taxes and Gratuities: All services are subject to applicable taxes. If you wish to tip, you may have it added to your final bill.
